Innovation in creative multimedia (essay)
Creativity is the effort to make something exists and is unique, which comes from original thinking does not generally occur in the usual way. Many companies are trying to create a good culture to achieve its vision and mission, one of the many cultures developed by the company is innovative. If we are in one of the many institutions that work culture is an innovative one, then be thankful and that is good news! If there's good news, of course there's the bad news, bad news is that many of us want that culture be realized in a single night!
In the opinion of many experts, the innovation process is determined more by the form of creativity. So this should be the primary elements of the mainframes of all institutions that wish to develop innovative culture. Begin the process of creativity crucial element is the smallest institution-Human Resources-it is a concrete step, starting with creating the field of creativity at work every day will eventually provide an efficient and maximum results. Disclosure of creative ideas at a forum and provide rewards for creative ideas to improve the effectiveness of assessed work will encourage other creative ideas are more creative of course. As we know, Innovation is Adoption of a practice, process, or a new paradigm by a community - not just a new product or service or the process of adaptation, arrangement or acceleration of the things that already exist with the aim of providing value-added. In creativity, innovation also has bond with motivation . Sample, Someone with natural ability or placed in the right environment may not take advantage of it unless motivated. Intrinsically motivated individuals tend to expend more effort and create more output and synergistic extrinsic motivation better enables a person to complete an endeavour. On the other hand, non-synergistic extrinsic motivation leads to a person feeling controlled and manipulated and is incompatible with intrinsic motivation. Specific motivators such as material reward, progress to the ideal self, self-determination, self-evaluation, feedback, enjoyment, competency expansion, recognition and feasibility can all be quantitatively measured and monitored.
Over time, with all of today's technological progress is the accumulation of human knowledge discovery from the slim until today. This means that the invention is an integral part of human history. discovery is one key factor of social change. Social human beings interacting in a social system to comply with the norms, beliefs, and the prevailing local wisdom in it. Whenever the present invention, the existing social order will have changes. Upon the acceptance of new discovery, then there will be social change, ie, starting from the changes in behavior, both individually, collectively or changes in the social system. Juxtaposition
DEFINITION
Juxtaposition is act or instance by placing two things close together or side by side. Juxtaposition is often done to compare the similarities or differences between the two things (Jack, 2010).
Most of people thought that, juxtaposition is a difficult word to understand. But, it is a concept that quite easily grasped when explained to readers using pictures. Pictures can help people to create such a different creative mindset and meaning by understanding through pictures.
There is some juxtaposition meaning together with pictures:
1. In photography: juxtapositions of colors and shapes for creating contrast.
This is a reflection which juxtaposition between

2. In logic: juxtaposition is logical of meaning between two different objects in one pictures to create such a different sense
3. In music: juxtaposition is an abrupt change of elements. It means that there are different elements like high tone and low tone.

NORMAN FOSTER
Norman Foster was born on June 1, 1935 at Manchester, England. When, he was a child his father was a shop manager in a poor area of Manchester, later a security guard and a manual worker in a factory. His parents sent him to private and grammar school. Then, when he was 21 years old, he won numerous of scholarships and fellowship to Yale University where he gained a masters degree in architecture and where he got to know Richard Rogers. They became very close
friends and in 1963 he worked with him and sue Rogers, Gorgie Wolton and his wife, Wendy foster,
as a member of 'team 4' until foster associates was found in 1967 (now known as foster and partners). Since its inception the practice has received more than 190 awards and citations for excellence and has won over 50 national and international competitions.
He is very popular because of his thinking of building to high technology, but it has to be considered to the surrounding. Many decades ago, most of buildings are built not in high technology. But, now as a very popular issue of global warming, architect and designers must designing building which not produced pollution to surrounding. So, Norman Foster and partners designing building with consider the sun movement, wind direction, in order to building can get cooling and heating system naturally (without any cold and heat electrical system).
Well, after seeing the latest great block buster movie called “Inception” I realize that the director of the movie is someone I really admire, even before this movie. Christopher Nolan was truly a genius of our time, he wrote screenplay, plot, direct, visual effect everything about the movie.
My personal favorite is “ Memento” (2000), I would say the first good movie that I saw in the beginning of the new millenium. Critical Thinking is the key to enjoy all his masterpieces, the idea that he visualize in to the big screen will amazed many audiences. A twisted plot, complete with a suspense, and also out of the box ending. The story might be really simple, but he visualize it with a twist, which make something so simple into a truly complicated beauty.
There are also many great director and writer, such as Steven Speilberg , James Cameron, David Finchner or J.J. Abrams, but Nolan has successfully surpassed them, in term of storyline and the beauty of the twist.
I would suggest that you check his work, I assure that you will enjoy all the mindblowing cinematography. You should check movies like :

Mortar and pestle
in week 6, we need to think about how the mortar and pestle are going to be in the future.
in 2010 maybe mortar and pestle still in its function, but in 2015 mortar and pestle can be used for massage.perhaps it will more effectively work than we use massage machine.
my other opinion is mortar and pestle can be dangerous weapon.
or it can be something edible. if we cook one year, then it can be eaten.
mortar and pestle can be something precious. only one man can make that stuff. then It will be very expensive to get
it will be a reason that student can't do their homework, because they must hit the mortar using pestle to make a light.
or something crazy, people must use mortar and pestle to pay . Let's say mortar is a coin money, pestle is paper money.
I heard from the discussion in class, theres crazy idea come out that the mortar can be a fashion.
that's I don't know how to sew and cut.. what a crazy idea.
